The Red Baron

Manfred Albrecht Freiherr von Richthofen, aka the Red Baron; one of the greatest pilots in not only the history of German warfare, but in American history. Red Baron made one of the greatest impacts during the roaring 1920′s because he gave so many people the inspiration to fight for their countries after he had accomplished his wide range of victories from the time of World War I. Many people looked up to him whether they were American, German, or part of any other nationality because of all the things that he had accomplished. He had won over eighty air combat victories compared to meager two or three victories with other soldiers and pilots from other countries. The biggest things in war that drive the people are often pride and spirit, that’s why the Hiroshima bombing wasn’t thought of as a malicious and conniving act; because of all the patriotism produced from times of war. The Red Baron gave victories, pride, and spirit to Germany and was one of the most influential people in the roaring twenties and in World War One.
